1. Introduction
Join a Run Club (joinarunclub.com) is a free online directory of UK running clubs, operated by UNA Watch Ltd ("UNA", "we", "us", "our"). By using this site you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Definitions
"You", "your": any person using the site. "Site": joinarunclub.com. "Listing": a run club entry in the directory. "Content": any information submitted to or published on the Site.
3. Using the Site
You may browse and search the directory freely. You agree not to: submit false, misleading, unlawful or spam content; scrape, harvest or bulk-copy the directory; impersonate others or submit a club you have no right to submit; or attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.
4. Submissions and Listings
When you submit, claim or request an update to a Listing, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish and display that information in the directory. We may edit, decline, or remove any Listing at our discretion, and we are not obliged to publish any submission.
5. Third-Party Clubs and Your Safety
Running clubs listed in the directory are independent third parties. We do not own, run, endorse, or formally vet them, and we cannot guarantee that listing details — including meeting times, locations or contact information — are accurate or current. You are responsible for verifying details directly with a club and for your own safety and fitness to take part. You attend and participate in any club or activity entirely at your own risk.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, designs, content and software on the Site (other than club-supplied Listing information) remain the property of UNA Watch Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or reuse them beyond normal personal use of the directory.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to external websites (such as club pages and social media). We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those sites.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that directory information is complete or accurate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of the directory or attendance at any club. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
